In most cases, the delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days from receipt of order. However, delivery can take longer as we work with external logistics partners. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Delivery is made through our logistics partner, from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. If the deliverer is unable to deliver to you, they will deliver the following day. Generally, the deliverer will leave a notification card in your letter box at each attempt to deliver. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will then be kept at the logistic partner depot for you to collect for a further 7 working days. The address and telephone number of the delivery depot are on the logistic partner notification slip.
Please use our alternative delivery address service and have your order comfortably delivered to your workplace, for example. Please note that the order billing address and the order delivery address must be in the same country.
ADDITIONAL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS
In the event that both delivery attempts are unsuccessful despite the correct delivery address and you fail to collect your goods from the logistic partner depot within 7 days, you will be billed for additional postage and packaging costs totalling EUR 30,00.
We assume the customs processing for deliveries to countries outside the EU. Please note that we have to state the value of the articles for legal reasons. Unfortunately, this also applies to gifts.
